Registered NDIS SDA Provider

As a registered NDIS SDA provider, we offer a range of specialised services  within our SDA houses across Melbourne and Victoria. We’re also in collaboration with SDA Developers to create more housing opportunities. Our SDA services include:

  • Registering SDA dwellings with the NDIS
  • Developing SDA Service Agreements
  • Managing rental residential tenancy agreements
  • Processing monthly SDA payment claims from the NDIS and ensuring payment to the SDA owner within five business days
  • Collecting rent from SDA residents
  • Ensuring residents' rights are protected in line with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
  • Managing and advertising vacancies to efficiently accommodate NDIS participants
  • Informing residents of any changes to service agreements
  • Reporting maintenance and repair requests to property owners
  • Coordinating repair work and submitting claims to the NDIS for participant-specific damage to the property
